VACATIONS BY DESIGN TRIP CANCELLATION FEES

Significant time and effort has gone into helping you plan your vacation package. We know you are looking forward to your trip and we are excited for you. No one plans a vacation with the intention of canceling it. We know that things can and do happen unexpectedly that may cause you to cancel or postpone your vacation. In order for our Vacation Designers to continue to tirelessly serve you, we have implemented the following Trip Cancellation Fee Schedule which will apply above and beyond any
cancellation or administrative fees assessed by the travel vendor(s) themselves: 

* If you cancel your reservations with us after the initial trip deposit is made but before the final
payment is made, we will charge 15% of the initial trip deposit
(or $25 per person...whichever is greater) up to maximum of $300 per person.

* If you cancel your reservations with us anytime after the final payment has been made we will
charge 25% of the initial trip deposit up to a maximum of $400 per person. ​
(While your final payment may be penalized by the travel vendor, our penalty is only calculated off of the initial trip deposit)
